These Terms apply to your use of Saver and this website. By downloading, accessing, or using Saver, you agree to these Terms.
What Saver does
Saver is a personal planning tool. It helps you enter known incomes, expenses, goals, and schedules, then calculates the amount a dedicated money pool should hold so planned obligations can be covered on time.
No financial, legal, or tax advice
Saver provides calculations based on the information you enter. It does not provide financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, credit advice, or professional accounting services. You are responsible for verifying your entries, checking the plan, and deciding how to manage your money.
Your responsibility for entries
Saver's output depends on the accuracy of your data. Wrong amounts, missing bills, wrong dates, recurrence mistakes, currency mistakes, or changed real-world circumstances can make the plan inaccurate. You should review important obligations independently before relying on a result.
Optional purchases and support subscriptions
Saver is free to use. It may offer optional one-time tips and optional yearly auto-renewing support subscriptions. These purchases are a way to support development and may unlock small visual perks. Core planning features remain available without purchase.
For auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the App Store:
- the subscription title, length, and price are shown before purchase;
- payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase;
- the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
- renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period;
- you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings;
- refunds, billing issues, and cancellation handling are subject to Apple's policies.
Availability and changes
Saver may change over time. Features, purchase options, visual perks, documentation, and website content may be updated, removed, or corrected. The app may also be unavailable because of device, operating system, App Store, or network conditions outside the developer's control.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Saver, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Privacy
Your use of Saver is also covered by the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saver is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for financial loss, missed payments, planning errors, lost data, or other damages resulting from use of or inability to use Saver, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.
